These terms cover the website at grvl.gg, run by MKZ Systems, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

• The site is information about GRVL. It is provided as is, and we may change it or take it down at any time.
• Nothing on the site is an offer. A community gets GRVL under a service agreement, which arrives with early access.
• The GRVL name and mark belong to MKZ Systems, LLC. gravel is open source under the Apache License 2.0, and its license governs its use.
• Texas law applies to these terms.
